VRA International Schools
The Akosombo International School was the first of the VRA Schools established in 1962. The School has expanded its facilities, adding the Akuse International School in 1982 and the Aboadze International School in 1999.
VRA Schools Department has since February, 2014 been incorporated under the Companies Act 1963 (Act 179) as "VRA International Schools Limited", a subsidiary solely owned by the VRA.
Mandate / Purpose Statement
The Schools exist to provide best quality and affordable education that gives global exposure and rich experience to its clients.
Key Objective
To provide pre-tertiary education within the Ghana Education Service (GES) and allow for International Curriculum that leads to the award of the West African Examination Council (WAEC), the Cambridge International Examination (UK) and the Scholastic Aptitude Test (USA) certificates.
